Request deletion of your app data

If you have used or connected to the sips&notes app through a Meta service, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, you can request deletion of personal data that we hold in connection with your use of the app.

How to send a request

  1. Email factsnap556@gmail.com with the subject sips&notes app — Data deletion request.
  2. Include the Meta service you used and your associated username or profile URL so we can identify the relevant records.
  3. Tell us that you would like your personal data associated with the sips&notes app deleted.

Please do not send your password, access tokens, or identity documents.

What happens next

We will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify that it relates to your account. After verification, we will delete the personal data associated with your use of the app that is under our control, except where retention is required by law. We will reply by email when the request is complete, or explain any information that must be retained. If we hold no matching data, we will let you know.

Disconnecting the app

You can also remove the app's access through the connected apps or business integrations settings of the Meta service you used. Removing access and requesting deletion are separate steps: to request deletion of data already held by us, please email us as described above.

This request concerns data held by sips&notes. It does not delete your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account, or data held independently by Meta or other services.
