[Viceroy Bali] 5-star Pool Villa Honeymoon.

All of this was ultimately for our honeymoon!!

Our concept was pure rest and relaxation,

so we departed for Bali the day after the wedding 🏝️🌈

Garuda Indonesia, it’s been ages,, feels like going home 🕶️

We arrived in Bali in the evening and were so, so hungry,

so when I told the hotel driver I really wanted to eat Padang,

he stopped at a famous Padang restaurant before we headed to Ubud.

Ah…honestly, the food we ate that day was the absolute best overall 😭♥️

Why, oh why, isn’t there an amazing Padang place in Seoul,,, why?

After a hearty meal, we arrived at #Ubud #ViceroyBali.

Since it was our honeymoon, they upgraded our room by one level.

Photos don’t do it justice,,, I just took pictures to remember the bedroom 💙

The luxurious blue and white wood tones were perfectly my style,,

Couldn’t just let the first night pass by,,

The next morning, after a deep sleep ☀️

I slept without closing the curtains,

and when I opened my eyes, I was so surprised by the view…🌴🌴🌴

Is this heaven..? 😇 It’s 1000 times better than the pictures online.

It’s paradise, paradise 🏝️

It’s a private place, so there aren’t many guests,

and it was so quiet and wonderful.

Exactly the peacefulness I wanted,,, 🙏🏻

I never knew a jungle view could be this enchanting,,,

Almost like Jurassic Park,, 🦖

How long has it been since I’ve enjoyed such leisure…🕶️

This is a daily morning ritual in Balinese Hinduism,

where these small offerings to the gods are said to bring blessings 💚

Indeed, they were placed on the ground in front of shops all over town 🌸

Bali spirit,, 🙌🏻

After a brief experience in town, we returned to our accommodation.

We planned to go swimming, but the sky was so dark 🌚

I ambitiously put on the blue bikini I bought…

I came out to swim in the main pool, but…

What’s with this weather… It was so sunny this morning.. 🌫️🌫️

In the end, the water was too cold, so we didn’t go in,

and instead, we drank cocktails on the sunbed, ate, read books, and took a nap 😪

After a good rest, it’s time to eat again 🥳

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Cascades?!

A bottle of wine too,, 🍷

We also watched Balinese traditional performances during our meal 🙏🏻

After eating our fill, we came back to our pool villa,

for a night swim 💙

We asked for the water to be warmed up, so it was wonderfully relaxing 🫧

And just like that, our first and second days concluded 🌈
