[Sushi Choshim] Nowon's Clean and Refined Omakase Lunch.

While there aren’t many sushi omakase places in Nowon,

Sushi Choshim was the best among them 🍣

I went for lunch around last summer. (The restaurant has since been renovated and is now even more pleasant.)

When they handed me the eel sushi, they said, “It’s cotton candy.” It was funny, but it really melted in my mouth the moment I put it in…☁️

For dessert, a clean-tasting udon in mushroom broth 🙌🏻 The noodles were delightfully springy and delicious.

And the highlight of this place is this dessert 🍨 The buckwheat ice cream, which they make themselves, was absolutely delicious,, The buckwheat sprinkled on top even adds a delightful popping texture!!

I have to go again before winter is over 🐟🐠🐡
