In 2024 and 2025, big changes will occur in life.

Also, the past two years were a turning point in my life.

I learned something new or perceived it more clearly.

1. Very vulnerable to stress.

All this time, I just mentally endured it and said it was okay, but all the effects of the stress were felt physically. Countless gray hairs, lumps in the breast and thyroid gland, laryngeal pain, migraine, gastritis, itching, etc.

2. The weather greatly affects my mood.

On cloudy or cold days, I feel particularly lethargic and easily fall into frustration. Especially on days like these, when I’m home, I’m stuck in bed, feeling horribly helpless and feeling guilty about being a failure. On the other hand, on a clear day, I feel like I can do anything and am full of energy. Even when I’m lying in bed at home on a sunny day, that feeling remains. And it’s easier and more willing to get out of bed.

3. I have a very impatient personality, so I act faster than I think.

This is something I realized more keenly while living with my husband. You must consistently practice thinking and thinking twice before speaking or acting. Let’s not try to achieve things hastily and hastily. May you truly realize the beauty of waiting.

4. Not being able to fully enjoy rest and leisure.

Even though my body and mind are giving me signals that I am exhausted, I feel anxious and cannot rest comfortably. Because I rest vaguely with an uncomfortable mind, recovery is bound to be slow. Since there won’t be anything that needs to be urgently resolved for the time being(?), let’s practice enjoying our leisure time.

5. Live with kindness and the power of love.

I realized something even bigger after getting married. The kindness and power of love of my spouse’s parents, younger siblings, friends, and classmates ultimately support me and allow me to live. I also need to continue to grow into a kind and loving person.
