Kyoto, see you soon.
These days, I think of it more and more,
Kyoto I want to go to.

A calm and neat city.
A view of Kyoto at the end of winter.

I got on the wrong bus
The schedule was delayed after realizing too late that we were going in the opposite direction.
Let’s have a quick bite to eat at McDonald’s.
I arrived at Kinkakuji Silver Pavilion one hour before closing.

I wasn’t able to look around leisurely, but
Still, there are few tourists, so I guess I’ll just wander around my garden.
I looked around quietly, taking in plenty of clean air.

It was the first place I visited after arriving in Kyoto.
Quiet and serene and full of green,
It was a true healing that I experienced while living in Seoul every day.

The manager runs to close the door after closing.
I’m off work~~
The desire for retirement is the same in all countries haha.
The sun has set,
The first day in Kyoto entering evening time.

On the way from Ginkakuji Temple to Yojiya Cafe.

I met a very cute Shiba Inu.
A new guy, I think his name was Goma.
Thank you~~ I called and he shook his head!
The cute owner said that Goma was shy haha.

Beautiful scenery along the way.
I walked with the feeling that I wanted to live here.

Saechoromi is here too,
Yojiya, Kyoto’s famous mascot.
I filled my hunger with warm matcha latte and jjontteok (rice cakes).

As I left the Yojiya cafe,
The sky darkened.
Kyoto Tower, seen after passing the sparkling heart stairs.

For dinner, we went to a famous tonkatsu restaurant.

The only sentence I memorized, even though I can’t speak Japanese,
“Nama Biru Gudasai~~~”
On the way back to the accommodation with a full stomach.
When you have a full stomach, you feel better and feel more relaxed.
lol

I stopped by a convenience store and bought some food,
Ending the day with Suntory Highball!

The morning of the second day,
A hotel with great breakfast.
It felt like modern Japanese home cooking, and I ate it deliciously and cleanly!

And then I go have coffee.
Inoda Coffee Shop has a long history.

A place like a drama set.
Why are the streets so clean and quiet?

I ordered the most basic Inoda coffee.
Sitting on the terrace and leisurely reading a book
The middle-aged man who was drinking coffee looked cool.

Visit to Fushimi Inari Shrine.
Perhaps because it was a cloudy day, the orange color seemed especially bright.

Make a wish at a shrine,
Experience the culture and have a pious time.
Take the train and go to the next location.

Quiet, quiet street.
I really like Kyoto, which is really different from the crowded tourist spots.
Ochazuke for a late lunch.
Personally, I ate this simple meal like ochazuke.
It was the most delicious and memorable.
A Kyoto-style meal.

Clear winter sky.
The air is cold and clear, so it feels refreshing.

A kimono that I rented and tried on.
My choice is of course mauve haha.

Side by side with the local.

Last night in Kyoto.

Poncho sushi restaurant recommended by Jinyoung.
I’m not sure if this is the right name for the store~.~

Draft beer is, of course, the best.
A taste that melts away all the fatigue of the day!
When I travel, I try to visit jazz bars in that country or region.
A team made up of older grandfathers
A night filled with romance with great jazz music. It was really good.

On the way back to the hotel.
Lights reflected on the river.

And as expected, the end of the day
Rain~~~

When will I be able to go again?
Kyoto, Seeyu, in that order.
