From Salmon Steak to Ragu Pasta
Last day of the holiday weekend,
booked a residence hotel in Seocho,
cooked and ate, and relaxed while watching Singleβs Inferno π
As an appetizer before checking into the accommodation,

Since it was a residence hotel, the cooking tools and plates were a bit lacking,,
but I still managed to whip something up ππ»

First, since the ragu pasta sauce needs to simmer for a long time,
I prepped the ingredients and prepared the sauce in advance-
